Some wounds need to be healed, while others just need to be held.

Some wounds need to be healed, while others just need to be held. - jeremy binns Some wounds need to be healed, while others just need to be held. – jeremy binns

There are some wounds in life that must be healed – removed, erased, and made whole, but there are others that can only be held – shared and carried and embraced until the weight of them becomes something that ceases to crush us. Until the pain no longer buries us, but rather lifts us and strengthens that place deep within our being where depth and purpose and meaning are birthed. Stop trying to heal wounds that need to be held, and stop trying to hold on to the wounds that need to be healed. Not all pain is bad. Don’t miss the greater value hidden within your grief.
